Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
Processing time:
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order.
High order volume / custom-made items:
During periods of high demand or for customized items, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will inform you by email or phone.
Order cutoff:
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Options, Costs & Delivery Times
We ship with DHL. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location.
A. Domestic Shipping (within Germany)

B. International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries/regions:

Important Note for International Shipments:

Customs duties and import taxes: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon entry into the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping fees.

Delays: International deliveries may experience delays due to customs clearance and local postal processes, which are beyond our control.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
This email will include a tracking number and a link where you can check the delivery status with the respective carrier.
Please allow 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active.
4. Damages, Loss & Returns
A. Damaged or Lost Orders
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact both the carrier and us within 48 hours of receipt at the contact details below.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they are required for filing a claim with the carrier.
