Hypolene

Support for the joint metabolism when suffering from osteoarthritis. Regulation, stabilization and regeneration of the connective tissue and tendons.

Hypolene

Osteoarthritis is a deterioration of the joints. In fact, any joint can be affected by it. In healthy joints, a layer of cartilage covers the bone surface. This protects the bone and allows the joints to function smoothly. The so-called synovial fluid nourishes the cartilage layer. Too much stress or too little movement of the joints leads to a deficiency of cartilage.

Nourishment for the cartilages

Hypolene maintains the natural function of the joints through a unique combination of ingredients.

Green Shell Mussel (Gonex quality) (Gonex-Qualität)

The green-lipped mussel provides all essential building blocks for joint and connective tissue metabolism (synovial fluid, ligaments, tendons and cartilage). Inflammation mediators can be positively influenced and blood circulation improved. Thus, the affected tissue, synovial fluid, cartilage and underlying bone are supplied with the best possible nutrients.

Glucosamine

Glucosamine (vegetarian) is a natural component of connective tissue, cartilage and synovial fluid. It promotes the regeneration of cartilage.

Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is an important component of the connective tissue and the synovia. It acts as a lubricant for all joint movements and due to chemical interactions it adheres particularly well to the cartilage of the joint.

Chondroitin

Chondroitin is a major component of cartilage, bones and connective tissue. It supports the regeneration of cartilage.

Hemp oil

Hemp oil is rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids. It can have beneficial effects on the skin and coat as well as for inflammations. The joy of mobility is preserved.

Turmeric (turmeric root) (Gelbwurzel)

The natural products of turmeric have analgesic, antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and digestion-enhancing properties.

Nucleotides

Nucleotides are building blocks of the nucleic acids, the carriers of the genetic hereditary information and the key substances of protein synthesis. Every biological process in a cell, including cell division, is directly or indirectly dependent on the nucleic acids. There would be no life without nucleotides. Under natural circumstances, horses are either capable of synthesizing enough nucleotides from there own cells, recycling them from deceased cells, and ingesting them from a wide variety of plant material in their feed. However, under certain circumstances horses may have a higher turnover rate or increased usage of Nucleotides, compounded by lower cell activity. This is especially noticeable during stressful circumstances and high performance situations. Certain types of cells have only limited capability of synthesizing nucleotides. For that reason it would be a wise choice to supplement the Nucleotide availability. The addition of nucleotide to the daily feed reinforces the optimal cell division and an intact cell metabolism.
