1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Inuvet GmbH, Berner Weg 7–25, 79539 Lörrach, Germany.
2. Eligibility
Only veterinary practices that have a business relationship with Inuvet GmbH (B2B) are eligible to participate. Participation is on behalf of the practice by authorized employees.
3. Competition Procedure
Participation is achieved by submitting a photo of the Inuvet pantry (via WhatsApp or email) and by purchasing Inuvet products between June 1st and August 31st, 2025 .
Each pack purchased during the promotional period counts as one entry.
If the order quantity doubles compared to the period March–May 2025, the number of lots will be doubled.
The deadline for submissions is August 31, 2025 .
The winners will be drawn at random. Winners will be notified in writing (via email or WhatsApp) no later than September 6, 2025 .
4. Wins
Prizes to be won include:
- A team event of your choice (e.g. via Mydays, value: €500)
- Campus vouchers (€300)
- InuStyle vouchers (€300)
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not payable in cash.
5. Data Collection & Use
For the purpose of conducting the prize draw and for future advertising communication, we collect, store and process the following data:
- Practice name, contact person
- Email address, telephone number (including mobile number if provided)
- Photo of the pantry shelf (optional)
- Purchase history within the framework of the challenge (for the lottery draw)
The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures/contract) and on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for advertising purposes.
By participating, you agree that we may permanently store your mobile number in our system (Salesforce) and contact you via WhatsApp, SMS or phone call with offers, promotions, training or relevant information.
6. Revocation & Deletion
You can revoke your consent to the use of your contact details for advertising purposes at any time with effect for the future – e.g. by sending an email to datenschutz@inuvet.com .
In the event of revocation, your data will be deleted immediately, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
7. Disclaimer
Inuvet GmbH is not liable for technical malfunctions, delays or interruptions that are outside our control.
Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
8. Exclusion from the competition
In the event of false information, attempts at manipulation or violations of these terms and conditions of participation, Inuvet GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition.
9. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Lörrach.
