Thyme (Thymus vulgaris herba) Thyme supports the body's natural functions for self-cleaning of the lungs and reduces the accumulation of mucus.
Ribwort Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) The mucilaginous substances contained in ribwort plantain can form a protective layer on the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. Several secondary plant compounds in ribwort plantain support healthy respiratory function.
