Monk's pepper (Vitex agnus-castus) can reduce prolactin production and thus counteract unwanted milk production as well as the probable swelling of the milk ducts.
Raspberry leaves (Rubus idaeus) can support regeneration after heat and strengthen the uterus. Raspberry leaves are said to have a cleansing effect, thus supporting general health, but especially after hormonal changes (for example after heat).
Sage leaves (Salvia officinalis) The natural decline in milk production can be supported by sage leaves, thereby helping to reduce the swelling of mammary glands. Sage leaves can also support the inflammatory metabolic response. They are also said to have a positive effect on the appetite, which can also promote wellbeing.
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) can have a calming effect and thus provide relaxation and wellbeing in stressful situations.
Cordyceps sinensis is a vital mushroom that can be used to help with false pregnancy and depressive episodes. It can also support the inflammatory metabolic response. The mushroom is finely ground using the so-called shell-broken process, which breaks up the cell walls. This optimizes the absorption of the nutrients it contains so that the body can use them more efficiently.
