Hepax forte powder combines many beneficial ingredients for liver health and supports the body's own synthesis of S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe). Milk Thistle Extract (Silybum marianum fructus) The fruit of the milk thistle has positive, supportive properties for the function of the liver.
