High stress
Veterinarian and TFA are beautiful professions, no question about it. But the work in the practice quickly becomes exhausting. There are many factors that increase the stress level in a veterinary practice. One of them is a large client base: Many animal patients mean a lot of work for the practice staff. Especially when there are emergencies in addition to the scheduled appointments, things can get tight. This causes stress as all patients have to be dealt with quickly. There is often not enough time for the individual patient. Then it becomes difficult to meet one's own standards of diagnosis and treatment.
