Many horses are plagued by stomach problems throughout their lives - often unnoticed. The most common reason is stress. There are many known causes for this: trouble with the stable neighbor, general bullying in the group, moving to a new environment, excessive demands during training, transport stress, in the case of foals, weaning from their mother, illness or grief over the death of a friend. In times of increased stress, a horse's stomach and digestion react quickly and sensitively.
VomiSan supports the health of the gastrointestinal tract even in turbulent times. Natural ingredients settle on the stomach lining, soothe the affected stomach and thus increase protection against substances that attack the sensitive stomach wall.

Psyllium Husks (Plantago ovata) The shell of the Indian psyllium seed has a strong natural swelling effect. The seed can absorb up to 40 times its own weight in water. Once in contact with water, it forms a protective layer of mucus. This forms a film on the mucous membrane of the stomach and esophagus. In the intestine, psyllium seed husks can bind the excess fluid. This thickens the stool and regulates the stool discharge in a natural way.
Dill Tincture (Anethum graveolens fructus) The most important property of dill fruit is its calming effect on the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract.
Hedgehog-Beard (Hericium erinaceus) The Chinese mushroom Hericium can soothe the stomach lining and supports regeneration. The production of nerve growth factors is stimulated, thus supporting the autonomic nervous system of the digestive tract.
Chamomile Extract (Matricaria chamomilla flores) Chamomile soothes and relaxes the muscles in the gastrointestinal tract.
Marshmallow Tincture (Althaea officinalis radix) The real marshmallow root helps maintain the natural protective film of the throat and stomach mucosa.
