Are all products exclusively available in veterinary practices?
Yes! Pet owners can order and purchase products exclusively through our partners, the veterinarian. Why don't you do some googling? You will find everything on the internet - except Inuvet products for sale. Distribution is exclusively through your practice.
Is there a minimum order value and what is it?
There is no minimum order value, so you can order any quantity you like.
Can I order the products only through Inuvet or also through a dealer?
Our products are available exclusively through Inuvet.
Is there a quantity discount, a welcome discount or something similar?
If you register as a new customer via our online form, you will receive a discount on your first order. In addition, we always have great special conditions such as graduated prices, which our sales force will be happy to point out to you.
How good is the acceptance of the preparations by the animals?
All Inuvet products are designed with dogs, cats and horses in mind. To achieve maximum acceptance, we are constantly improving our products and look forward to your feedback.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Basically, a shelf life of 12-18 months can be expected.
How productive are the products and how long can I use them?

How much are the shipping costs?
In Switzerland, the shipping costs are 10,- CHF. Shipping in Switzerland is free of charge for orders over 200,- CHF.
What shipping time can I expect?
Orders that arrive by 12 noon are usually shipped the same day and will be in your practice after 1-4 days.
Where are Inuvet products produced?
All our products are produced in Germany.
